Today, we lost our Le Petit Prince Berkin Elvan, at the age of 15. During Gezi protests, he was shot by a tear gas canister while she was heading to a grocery to get a loaf of bread. You’ve read it right. He was going to get just a loaf of bread. However, he went into a deep coma that lasted for over 267 days during which his weight dropped to 16 kilos from 45. Today we mourn for Berkin, for his weighty soul and body. R.I.P.
