In 1860, Kerem Çavuş together with his brothers opened the restaurant in Istanbul in Fındıklı. That place was their first restaurant. And later his grandson Hüseyin Topbaş developed this company and opened a lot of new branches in 1935. His actual dream was to open one in Beyoğlu on İstiklal Street. In 1949, he made his dream real. Beyoğlu was a really popular place then as well. People went there for shopping, entertainment, eating out and having a drink, etc. as much as they do now. The restaurant continues serving its customers with more than 100 different types food in their menu, from deserts to chicken and burgers to salads. They have 13 branches in Istanbul.
