HUMUS

Ingredients:

1 cup of chickpeas

1 cup of tahin

Salt, red pepper

2 lemons

1 cup of olive oil

Preparation:

Soak  chickpeas in warm water overnight.  Put the saucepan and boil with plenty of water. Filter water and through a machine or sieve. Rub, adding 1 cup of tahin. Put the lemon juice  until you have a sour taste.  And then put the salt and red pepper. By stirring bring the consistency of mashed potatoes.  Take it on a platter and sprinkle red pepper oil on it. And finally serve.

Now time to eat!
