First have a saucepan. Wash and rinse the rice and tomatoes. Then grate the onion and tomatoes. Prepare a mixture of rice, onion, tomato, tomato paste, spices, mince meat by using your hands as a mixer to knead. Next, stuff the green peppers of which you have taken stems off with this well-kneaded mixture. Put your stuffed green peppers into the saucepan and boil. Serve hot with yogurt topping.
